I paid to renew my VIP Gold in June 2025, laster in June my old VIP expired and as by August 2025 I still haven't gotten my VIP status back.
Support doesn't want to help.
According them they can only inform admin, but then nothing happens!
2025-08-15: Still no reaction from support or admin. Now support is just deleting my messages ....
2025-08-23: Still no reply from neither support or webmaster ...
