§ 1 Information on the collection of personal data

(1) In the following paragraphs you will find information pertaining to the use of personal data on our website. In this context, personal data is defined as all data which makes the data subject personally identifiable, i.e. name, address, email address, user behavior

Legal basis for the processing of your data, which is transmitted by sending an email or completing the contact form, is §6 (1)(f) DSGVO. If the contact should be initiated for the purpose of entering into a contract, the additonal legal basis of §6 (1)(b) DSGVO applies. Data received in this context will either be deleted after the necessity for its storage has ceased to exist, or it will be restricted in its use, in case that a legal obligation for continued storage exists.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting out website

(1) For informational use of our website, i.e. visiting the site without signing up or otherwise disclosing information to us, we will only collect the personal data transmitted by your browser to our server. If you wish to view the website, we will collect the following data which is technically necessary for website display and to maintain its stability and security (legal basis is §6 (1), page 1 (f) DSGVO):

Cookies are defined as small text files which will be saved on your hard drive and are allocated to the browser you have used in the website visit, and which will transmit certain information to the entity which has placed the cookie (in this instance, us).
