Ich suche im Moment eine Wohnung in London und habe eine sehr witzige Email bekommen. Eine ähnliche habe ich schonmal bekommen vor einiger Zeit, aber obwohl ich weiß dass es sich um eine Abzocke handelt habe ich noch immer nicht verstanden wie das funktioniert.
Wenn jemand eine Idee für eine Anwort auf diese Mail hat (ich würde die Person ja gerne ein bisschen nerven) dann her damit :)

The 2 other rooms will be occupied by 2 decent ladies who work as a supervisor in Holiday Inn and they have just been newly transfered from the Bristol branch to London.They have provided there proof i needed and have handed the reservation paperworks and keys to then and they can move in anytime the want in January ending.
Our property was purchased a couple of years ago and we have worked hard to maintain it and thats why we would like to keep it that way and rent it out to a capable Tenant i know the price might sound too good to be true and i understand that fact but we are actually fed up with Agencies and thier ridiculous prices which scare away good tenants, we are private landlords and we are looking for a good tenant who will take good care of our property, we are not so keen on the price of the rent as we have fully paid all mortagages on the property a few years back, we just need someone who will be good in our property and we have had a few ones turn down the our property as they complain its too expensive which is why we have reduced the price again even at this we still have a few people disapoint us anytime we come for veiwing.
You would be able to view the property and we will be pleased to show you arround our property at any time you like as viewing the house is no problem,i can come down to show you the place anytime you are ready and as you would have read in my previous email to you that we have relocated to Manhester and i wouldnt want to just make a trip down to my property in London and be disapointed. i have been fooled and decieved so many times lastest being last week where i travelled down to my property and they didnt turn up, this has always been the case or they tell me they dont have enough money to pay even after agreeing on the price.Imagine if you have to leave your very busy schedule to make the trip and they never turn up.

This is time, effort and money wasting so i have to be really certain you are serious and capable of paying our rent before i make any trip, am sorry if i sound rude but i hope you understand my situation..i would need a proof that you are serious and capable of paying the rent, i just need a solid proof that you are capable and serious to rent this property, i have had enough of time wasters and i really dont not want it anymore.I am not saying you are a time waster but i need to be assured to be comfortable...

NB: i do not like to accept bank statements and wage slips, i have had a lot of forged ones and besides some people dont like the idea as they think it gives away to much personal details which i think is correct as i will not give any one my personal details so i will not expect to collect anyones either..

I will come down to my property to finalise the rentage but i have to be really sure first, i will NOT collect any money from you now until you have fully viewed and are satisfied with my property.So i will like you to show me a valid proof to show you have funds available to pay the rentage and take care of our property, most preferably reference from your previous or current landlord and Western union money transfer made to your Friend, any member of your family Here in UK or you could ask anyone you trust to send it to your name Here in UK the sum of £800(actual rent plus deposits),then email with the details or scan the receipt so i can confirm its validity Online Or call the western union to check its validity,once i confirm its validity this way i will be sure you have money available to pay my rent and will have no doubt about your seriousness and capability to pay our rent and besides you wont be revealing any personal details...

With this method we are both safe and you are rest assured that your money is still within your reach and you can retrieve your money back from western union as soon as i am convinced you are sincere then we can arrange a suitable time to come show you the property or i can send you the Keys via registered courier service for you to be rest assured that you have secured the place.. I do not want to collect money from you yet until you have viewed the place and until i hand the keys over to you....all i just want is for me to be sure and convinced about you before making any trip as i have been decieved so many times before and even now with the situation of people loosing thier jobs, cash crunch and bad economic situation, landlords are now wary and must be certain about who rents our property.

When i arrive at my property we can reach an agreement on how you will move into the property if you like it. I promise to incur back to you the charges in sending the money at western union or it will be deducted from your first month rent. I'll also like you to know that a copy of Tenancy Agreement form will be signed by both you and i and to be kept for record purpose..

I hope that we can reach a gentleman agreement soon and hope you understand with me. if you have any question don't hesitate email me and i'll be glad to produce answers. We really dont want anymore time wasters.Attached is the sample of the Western union Proof i needed and also a copy of DPS(Deposit Protection Scheme) for you to be rest assured you are protected in my property..
