Wenn der smoker zur Nebelmaschine wird, kann das daran liegen, daß sein Inhalationsbedürfnis gigantomanische Ausmaße erreicht hat. Vielleicht nach einem 2-stündigen Kuchenessen mit Stillsitzen bei Patentante Gerti ;O)
