Shooting kam nie zu Stand obwohl Datum schon vereinbart hat und sie meinte, dass sie sich nochmal meldet, Kommunikation wurde aber von ihrer Seite aus einfach beendet - sehr unprofessionell.

Wenn man Anfragen wg Shootings raus schickt und dann bei Interesse nichts mehr verlauten lässt, dann ist das schlicht weg unprofessionell. Immerhin gehts ja hier nicht um tfp sondern pay. Ich finde, selbst wenn es aus welchen Gründen nicht klappt, es der Anstand gebietet, dass man wenigstens eine kurze Nachricht versendet und nicht alles so unverbindlich im Nirvana landet.

If you send out inquiries about shoots and then don't say anything more when you're interested, then it's simply unprofessional. After all, it's not about tfp but about pay. I think that even if it doesn't work out for whatever reason, decency dictates that you at least send a short message and not everything ends up in nirvana without any commitment.
