Cancellation Policy and Deposit – MODEL BOOKING

By confirming a session with Beatriz, you agree to the following terms:
She requires a non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking.
The remaining payment on the day of the shoot.

Deposit Options:
The deposit can be paid via Revolut.
PayPal is also available, with an additional commission to cover transaction fees.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel the shoot with less than 10 to 12 days’ notice, the full amount must be paid.

She hopes you understand that she is fully committed to giving her best work — cancellations during a work trip can seriously impact the schedule and overall success of the project.

If you cancel with more than 10 to 12 days’ notice, she will retain the deposit.
If she cancels the session, she will refund the deposit in full.

Model Release:
Model releases are important to her to ensure the work remains professional, respectful, and of high quality.
