  Als ein reiner Amateurfotograf, betreibe die Fotografie als Ausgleich für mein anderes Hobby.
  Daher probiere ich auch gerne mal was aus und gebe daher auch keine Projekte aus , sondern shoote Just for Fun.
  Ausserdem führe ich nur eine einfache Bildbearbeitung durch, somit kann von dieser Seite her nicht viel von Mir erwartet werden.
  
  Personen die es anscheinend nicht für nötig halten auf eine PN zu antworten, oder diejenigen, welche die PN nicht lesen ( so ab 3. WO ), lege ich grundsätzlich in die Ignoreliste.
  Denn was ist so schwer daran zu schreiben, das man mit der Person nicht shooten möchte?
  
  As a pure amateur photographer, I do photography as a compensation for my other hobby.
  That's why I like to try something out and don't spend money on projects, but shoot Just for Fun.
  Furthermore I only do simple image editing, so you can't expect much from me on this side.
  Persons who apparently do not consider it necessary to reply to a PN, or those who do not read the PN ( so from 3. Week ), I always put in the ignore list.
  Because what is so difficult to write that you don't want to shoot with the person?

• Eigene Wünsche sind mir auch willkommen und ich werde versuchen diese umzusetzen ( solange diese sich im gesetzlichen Rahmen bewegen ).
  Nachdem ich in der letzten Zeit nur noch schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe, arbeite ich bei Erstshootings nur noch mit Vertragsabschluß , bevor ein Shootingtermin festgelegt wird. Somit wird bei einer Absage des Models nach Shootingvereinbarung, eine Stornogebühr von 75% der Studiomiete fällig, wenn für das Shooting ein Studio gebucht wurde. Außer das Model stellt einen äqudatenen Ersatz oder Nachweis für die Absage bei.

  After I made only bad experiences in the last time, I work at first shootings only with conclusion of a contract, before a shooting date is fixed. Therefore, if the model cancels after the shooting agreement, a cancellation fee of 75% of the studio rent is due, if a studio was booked for the shooting. Unless the model provides an equivalent replacement or proof of the cancellation. 

• Hallo, der Vertrag ist für jeden offen. Es ist eine Möglichkeit und kein muß. das darf jeder für sich selber abmachen. Wenn jemand einen eigenen Vertrag hat, kann auch dieser verwendet werden.
