Photography Hiatus Notice

Thank you for your visit and interest in my photography. I’ll be taking a hiatus from photography projects and bookings until January 2026 to focus on other commitments.

During this time, I won’t be available for new sessions or collaborations, but I look forward to returning refreshed and inspired next year.

Hallo, ich bin Javi, ein Porträtfotograf aus Bern, der in einem gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Heimstudio (6 × 3 m) arbeitet.

Meine Arbeit konzentriert sich auf ausdrucksstarke, stimmungsvolle und minimalistische Porträts, wobei ich den Schwerpunkt auf Persönlichkeit, Authentizität und Atmosphäre lege. Ich strebe Bilder an, die natürlich und ehrlich wirken und nicht überstilisiert sind.

Derzeit bin ich offen für TFP-Kooperationen in und um Bern mit Models, die ihr Portfolio aufbauen oder aktualisieren möchten. Ich arbeite in der Regel in entspannten zweistündigen Sessions und schätze Shootings, die sich wie ein gemeinsamer kreativer Prozess anfühlen.

Nacktheit kann Teil eines Projekts sein, wenn sie dem Konzept dient, ist aber niemals das Ziel an sich. Der Fokus liegt immer auf Ausdruck, Präsenz und Storytelling.

Hello, I’m Javi, a portrait photographer based in Bern, working from a cozy and well-equipped home studio (6 × 3 m).

My work focuses on expressive, moody and minimalist portraiture, with an emphasis on personality, authenticity and atmosphere. I aim for images that feel natural and honest rather than over-styled.

I’m currently open to TFP collaborations in and around Bern with models who want to build or update their portfolio. I usually work in relaxed two-hour sessions and value shoots that feel like a shared creative process.

Nudity can be part of a project if it serves the concept, but it is never the goal in itself. The focus is always on expression, presence and storytelling.
