Vergütung (Honorar):
TFP (Time For Prints): Das Model erhält Bilder statt Geld als Entlohnung.
Pay: Vereinbarung eines festen Honorars oder Tagessatzes.
Namensnennung: Ob und in welcher Form der Name des Models oder Fotografen bei Veröffentlichung genannt werden muss.
Datenschutz (DSGVO): Einwilligung zur Speicherung und Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten (Name, Bilder, Kontaktdaten).
Bearbeitungsrechte: Darf das Model die Bilder selbst bearbeiten (z. B. Filter auf Instagram) oder nur der Fotograf?

A complete photoshoot contract should include the following points:
Contracting parties: Full name and address of the photographer and model.

Usage rights: Specification of who may use the images and for what purpose (e.g., self-promotion, social media, portfolio, or commercial publication).

Compensation (fee):

TFP (Time For Prints): The model receives images instead of money as payment.

Pay: Agreement on a fixed fee or daily rate.

Attribution: Whether and in what form the model's or photographer's name must be credited upon publication.

Data protection (GDPR): Consent to the storage and processing of personal data (name, images, contact details).

Editing rights: Is the model allowed to edit the images themselves (e.g., filters on Instagram), or only the photographer?

Nutzung der Fotos (Bildrechte)

Use of Photos (Image Rights)

To use a photo legally, you generally need two types of permission:

From the copyright holder (photographer): You need a license to use the photo. An image usage agreement specifies whether the right is simple or exclusive, how long it is valid, and for which media it may be used.

From the person depicted: According to Section 22 of the German Copyright Act (right to one's own image), images of people may only be published with the consent of the person depicted.

Employees: Explicit, documented consent is required for the use of employee photos in advertising materials or on the team page.

Model Release: For professional photos, a model release agreement governs the unlimited use in terms of time and location.
