Was ist das denn...? Ein Beispiel für ne neue erste Hilfe Übung?

Mal ernsthaft, plattes licht, null Erotik, keine Mimik beim Mann... Ein Bild, dass zumindest für meinen Geschmack nach dem knipsen, gleich wieder gelöscht gehört.
