I paid to renew my VIP Gold in June 2025, later in June my old VIP expired and as by August 2025 I still haven't gotten my VIP status back.

Support doesn't want to help.
According them they can only inform admin, but then nothing happens!

2025-08-15: Still no reaction from support or admin.
Now support is simply deleting my messages ....

2025-08-23: Still no reply from neither support or webmaster ...

I ended up sending an old-fashioned letter to the administrator.
I didn't hear anything back, but suddently after more than 3 months I noticed my status was back to VIP again.

I am not going to renew next year.
